1. Scope
This policy applies to any payment made to MURMUR, a French simplified joint-stock company (société par actions simplifiée), 8 B rue Abel, 75012 Paris, France (Paris Trade and Companies Register 108 784 521), for the murmur service: monthly subscriptions and credit packs. The service is reserved for business customers.
Refunded amounts are calculated on the price exclusive of tax paid; the VAT invoiced is adjusted accordingly on the credit note issued.
2. Monthly subscriptions
The subscription is monthly and has no minimum commitment. Its termination, possible at any time from the client area, takes effect at the end of the current monthly period: the service and the credits of the period remain available until that date, no new period is charged, and the period already begun gives rise to no refund.
Upon express request sent to support@murmur.ad, the customer may obtain the immediate cessation of the service. The current period is then refunded pro rata to the time remaining: the amount exclusive of tax of the period, multiplied by the number of days remaining between the date of the request and the end of the period, divided by the number of days in the period. Access to the service ceases on the date of the request.
Unused subscription credits are not refunded in either case: they follow the period to which they are attached.
3. Credit packs
Credit packs are perpetual: the credits do not expire. In return, a pack is non-refundable once the purchase is confirmed, whether it has been consumed in full, in part or not at all.
4. Free trial
The free trial (the first 300 contacts, for 30 days) gives rise to no payment, and therefore to no refund.
5. Sum invoiced in error
Any sum invoiced in error — double charge, amount different from that displayed at subscription, charge after the end of a terminated subscription — is refunded in full, unconditionally, as soon as the error is identified. A credit note is issued and the invoice concerned is corrected.
6. Right of withdrawal
As the service is reserved for business customers, the right of withdrawal does not apply, subject to the exception provided for in Article L221-3 of the French Consumer Code, described in the terms of sale.
7. How to request a refund
Write to support@murmur.ad from the email address of your account, stating the company, the plan or pack concerned and the reason. murmur replies within 48 hours.
An accepted refund is made through the payment service provider Stripe, to the payment method used for the purchase; the time it takes to appear on your account depends on your bank. A credit note is issued and made available in your client area.
